Series YQMPS magnetic drive pump is a trouble-free product, the impeller is driven by a magnetic coupling. This allows isolation of the pumped liquid. No seal is required. This makes it ideal in situations where no leakage is permissible, with performance equivalent to a standard centrifugal pump.

It can be used where the requirement is pumping of clean or even corrosive liquids.

YQMPS magnetic drive pump is rated to HG/T 2730 standard design. The impeller and driven magnetic coupling are encased in a watertight canister within the pump body. This feature makes a seal unnecessary. Any possibility of leakage of the pumped liquid is removed other than through damage to the pump body. Pumps are available in strong engineered plastic, rigid ceramic and stainless steel suitable for most corrosive liquids. Most liquids can be pumped by these materials without significant contamination of the product. The coupling drive and driven components are made of neodymium NdFeb super strong magnets arranged in a circular pattern and encased in stainless steel.

This assures that there is no slippage of the drive even when pumping liquids with a high specific gravity. Can replace CQB series, with higher efficiency and longer life. The YQMPS type pump can be customized with a heating cavity (heating jacket) on the pump volute for pumping liquids that cannot be pumped in the cold state or that would cool down below the solidification point when the pump is stopped.
